Description

Aged in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished with Applewood & Oak, this provides a bold flavour balanced with genuine, bright apple notes and subtle sweetness. Cut with limestone water from the legendary mines in Rosendale, NY and non-chill filtered for the deepest flavour. The aroma of apple cider doughnuts and taste profile of bittersweet smoke and anise. The finish is of crisp apple and demerara sugar. Tasting Notes: Nose: Apple blossom, applewood smoke and spice Taste: Baked apple and orange peel Finish: Rye, dried apple and blood orange
