Shipping policy

Spirits of France offers free standard shipping across Australia on all orders over $120.

All orders placed before 12pm are generally shipped that day. Orders placed over the weekend are sent the following Monday.

Once your order is ready, we pass it on to our delivery partner and send you tracking information in your order completion email. Please follow your order through the tracking details provided.

Uncollected and returned orders

An adult signature is required on delivery. If you are not available, Australia Post will hold your order at your local post office for collection.

If an order is not collected within Australia Post's holding period and is returned to us, the following applies:

• To have your order sent again, you will need to cover the full Australia Post shipping cost to reship it. We will send you the amount payable before dispatch.
• If you would prefer a refund instead, we are happy to arrange this. The refund will be for the value of your order less the actual cost we incurred to ship it to you originally.

To avoid this, please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout and collect your order from the post office within the holding period.
