Made famous by the prune of Agen, the Ente plum is the basis of our eau-de-vie which is known for its bouquet, its subtlety and it's quality as a superb after-meal "digestif". Ageing in oak casks for a minimum of 12 years brings forth not only the bouquet of this eau-de-vie but also its natural woody hue. Its exceptional quality regularly brings it the highest honours at the agricultural competitions in Paris. Very round and distinctive, a subtle note of prunes follows a slightly woody attack. The quality of this brandy has regularly earned it the highest awards at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris (8 times medalist since 1991).

La Salamandre William pear brandy comes from the natural fermentation of William pears, harvested a few tens of kilometres from the distillery. It is then distilled in traditional copper stills, then aged for at least 2 years in vats. This artisanal work of the fruit gives our William pear brandy an incomparable fruitiness, with almost the impression of “crunching the fruit”. The full aroma of fresh fruit explodes in the nose. Very great aromatic power in the mouth. Entirely melting, rounded and fresh with exceptional harmony. The Eau de Vie de Poire William is traditionally consumed at the end of a good meal, to facilitate digestion. The quantity served should be tiny, around 20ml, the digestive being the last aromatic touch of a good meal. Most often, William Pear is best chilled, in a struck glass, to soften the sensation of alcohol. Also ideal in cocktails and used for desserts such as chocolate mousse.

Coming from natural fermentation of plums from Lorraine, distilled in a traditional copper still and aged for at least 2 years in tanks. Notes of almonds, typical of stone fruits, associated with the aromatic sweetness of the mirabelle plum. Best served as a digestive after meals, as an aperitif in your cocktails or in desserts such as pie.

Our kiwi eau-de-vie comes from a natural fermentation of the fruit, distilled in our traditional copper stills. Then it is put to age at least 2 years in glass carboys. The kiwi fruit brandy is fresh and fruity, it gives off floral notes. Perfect in cocktails but also traditionally consumed at the end of a meal, to facilitate digestion. Our Kiwi Eau de Vie can accompany the tasting of your desserts, like cakes & tarts.

La Salamandre d'Abricot brandy is obtained by natural fermentation, then distilled in our traditional copper stills and aged for at least 2 years in vats. This eau-de-vie expressed the fresh and delicious taste of ripe apricot, combined with a discreet note of almond. Don't forget to plunge your nose, at the end of the tasting, into your empty glass to savour all the aromas of the fruit. Best served with desserts. This strong, dry, but very aromatic alcohol goes very well with a warm pie with ice cream.
