Tiny Bear The Doctor 42% 700ml$68.19 $75.00
Tiny Bear The Doctor: "Alcohol and medicine have a long and proud history. It has been used as everything from a digestive to a disinfectant. Dogs bearing tiny casks of booze were used to rescue travellers from the threat of avalanche in the Swiss Alps, while a shot of gin was known to ward off the plague in Medieval times. Indeed, where would the British Empire have been without gin around to make their anti-malaria tonic drinkable? In 'the DOCTOR' we believe we continued in that grand tradition of people ‘exaggerating’ the medicinal powers of alcohol. This product is both refreshing and invigorating, just want the doctor ordered and hey it's made from kale too, so you know it has to be good for you! #TheDoctor 42% alc. 700ml - 23.2 standard drink The Doctor - Tasting Notes; A front to back, well-rounded palate; With notes of juniper, herbal tones, fronted by dill, sweetness from almond, a warm woody note to end from cinnamon and roots. We find these balsamic aromas, licorice, chocolate on the palate with a more spicy finish: white pepper, candied ginger. Nice length in the mouth.

Domaine Des Hautes Glaces Rye Whisky Vulson 'White Rhino' 41% 700ml$91.00 $115.00
Tasting notes: Vulson is the name of the man who, at the beginning of XVII century, built the house that now hosts the distillery Domaine des Hautes Glaces. Vulson is now also the name of our range of Rye Whisky, and "WHITE RHINO RYE" is a spirit of rye which concentrates the flavours of this cereal, fruity and herbaceous. ON THE EYE: Transparent. ON THE NOSE: Fruity and delicious. Plum, pear, and lychee with an herbaceous element of juniper and mimosa. ON THE PALATE: Beautifully rich and complex. The malted rye rolls sweetly on the palate and is deposited on a bed of dried fruit, pink berries, pepper and cloves. The palette is soft, long and balanced. A truly fascinating spirit.

Taylor & Smith Gin 40% 100ml$24.18 $26.60
Nose: Strong herbal presence, gingerbread and citrus punch through with pine notes of juniper that sit the background. Incredible and powerful aromatic presence in the glass even at 40% abv. The juniper, pine and berry aromas start to shine through with a sneaky background tone of malt biscuit, lemon and the native Australian bush. Taste: Clean with a huge aromatic lift and a complex pallet. A juniper punch. Incredible herbal top notes, citrus middle and aromatic floralness for length and finish. A gentle warmth helps carry the complexity of the gin, finishing softly and slightly dry, with a wonderful, final hit of strawberry gum. Taylor & Smith Gin is perfect in a G&T, as well as most gin cocktails. Or even sip it straight, slightly chilled over ice!
