Méry Melrose is a family-owned, artisan Cognac house founded in 2012 by François and Janis Méry. As an independent producer, the house organically grows its own grapes and carefully oversees every step of production—from vinification to distillation—to craft exceptional Cognac.

At the core of their philosophy is a commitment to organic farming and viticulture (the cultivation and harvesting of grapes).

Each bottle features a distinctive design, reflecting the character of the Cognac within. The label art is inspired by prehistoric cave paintings found in France—dating back over 18,000 years—when humans lived closely alongside animals. These ancient images of animals, human figures, and abstract signs symbolize our shared history, creativity, and timeless connection to nature.

The rose emblem represents love—for family, for each other, and for the craft of Cognac-making.
