Subtle and elegant

Composed of 2/3 of grape juice and 1/3 of Cognac (approximately, the exact percentage is our secret), blended just after the grape harvesting. Aged in oak barrels more than 18 months after the blend Aromas of fresh fruit with hints of honey, pleasantly sweet...

To be tasted cool as an aperitif, with some desserts (fresh fruit tart, fruit salad, vanilla cream...) or with a goose liver paté.

Colour: Gold, slightly amber

Nose: Powerful, round nose with aromas of figs, vanilla, floral notes like the flower of the vine
