Our 2023 Christmas Gin is a delightfully bright & decadent expression of our most festive spirit. Lashings of figs from the Adelaide Hills are elevated with cherries & late harvest Chardonnay grapes. All manners of Christmas spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves work in harmony with Riverland citrus in this true spirit of Christmas. As always, it is perfect served in a Yuletide-styled French 75, drizzled on Christmas pudding, or enjoyed with ice cream for a festive, epicurean dessert.

Hartshorn Vanilla Whey Liqueur 17.5% 375ml - A beautiful Vanilla bean infused liqueur that has similar flavour to custard or Bailies. Made from our sheep milk whey. Best served on the rocks with chilled apple juice to create the drink I call “Apple Crumble”. The liqueur acts as the custard and the juice as the apple pie. Our liqueur has also been used in restaurants as a base for Creme Brulee and Panna Cotta. Also great used as a custard over fruit salad or apple crumble.

Hartshorn Sheep Whey Gin uses 6 native Australian botanicals (plus juniper) with 2 of them never used before in any other gin (Australian flower and sweet grass). All botanicals are vapour infused (as opposed to steeped) which is a technique not used too often with Australian Gins, giving the Gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet with petal and citrus aromas with a hint of freshly cut hay. We are incredibly excited to share our 2021 vintage of this new annual release. The short season of blood oranges herald winter turning to spring. To celebrate, our blood oranges were sourced from a single orchard near Loxton, then peeled and distilled with the finest botanicals within days of picking. Cool nights and sweltering days, typical of the region, produce the perfect growing conditions. Juicy, loud, and playful – they are paired with Riverland lemons and mandarins for citrus contrast and depth. Strawberry gum, chamomile and cinnamon myrtle enhance the floral characteristics.

Maidenii Sweet Vermouth 375ml Designed with the classic Negroni in mind. Build equal parts Maidenii Sweet Vermouth, Campari and a gin of your choosing over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist. BASE WINE Cabernet Sauvignon KEY BOTANICALS Strawberry gum, wattle seed, river mint, sea parsley, grapefruit zest, mace, angelica root.

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist. BASE WINE Viognier KEY BOTANICALS Wormwood, strawberry gum, wattle seed, river mint, sea parsley, kaffir lime leaf, nigella seed, Japanese gentian root.

Indulge in this gloriously silken nectar imbibed with buttery spice. Our first foray into barrelling your favourite gin, savour it on the rocks, or moreish in a gin old fashioned. Serving Suggestion: Gin Old Fashioned 60 ml Taylor & Smith Special Release Barrel Aged Gin10 to 15 ml demerara sugar syrup2 dashes Angostura bitters (try adding orange and or chocolate bitters for extra depth)Ice sphere or other quality block ice orange twist and clove to garnish Method: Place Gin, your preferred amount of Demerara sugar syrup and bitters in a stirring glass. Add quality block ice and stir down to your preferred level of dilution. Strain over an ice sphere, or other quality block ice, garnish and serve. Demerara Sugar Syrup: Place equal parts by weight of Demerara sugar and water into a food processor. Mix on high until all sugar has dissolved into solution.
