Description

Fresh, floral and a little bit fancy — whatever the season. Backwoods High Country Gin, crafted in Victoria's High Country using native Australian botanicals, paired with Gabriel Boudier's Suro Elderflower Liqueur. Add cucumber and lemon, and you've got a garden party in a glass. This bundle makes approximately 15 cocktails.

1x Backwoods High Country Gin
1x Gabriel Boudier Suro Elderflower Liqueur

Recipe:
45ml Backwoods High Country Gin
20ml Gabriel Boudier Suro Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
5ml Simple Syrup
3–4 Fresh Cucumber Slices

Muddle the cucumber in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake hard. Double strain into a highball over fresh ice. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
