Sortilège is based on an authentic recipe created by the descendants of Quebec’s earliest settlers. These pioneers brought whisky-making techniques to the New World and combined them with a distinctly local ingredient (pure maple syrup) to craft a spirit unlike any other.

This blend is a true expression of the rugged Canadian landscape. The recipe balances the bold character of Canadian rye whisky with the rich, golden sweetness of Quebec maple syrup. The result is a spirit that is both strong and smooth, traditional yet unmistakably original.
