Description

Tart, floral and a little bit gorgeous. Backwoods High Country Gin paired with Vedrenne's Rhubarb Liqueur from Burgundy, balanced with lemon and shaken with aquafaba for a silky, pale-pink foam finish. It looks far more impressive than it is to make — and that's our favourite kind of cocktail. This bundle makes approximately 15 cocktails.

Each bundle includes:
1x Backwoods High Country Gin
1x Vedrenne Rhubarb Liqueur

Recipe:
45ml Backwoods High Country Gin
20ml Vedrenne Rhubarb Liqueur
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
30ml Aquafaba (chickpea brine) or 1 Egg White

Dry-shake all ingredients, then add ice and shake hard. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon or edible flowers.
