Not your average Paloma. La Cofradia Talavera Reposado and Don Fulano Blanco paired with Gabriel Boudier's Crème de Pamplemousse in place of grapefruit juice — smoother, a little more complex and honestly our new favourite way to do a Paloma. This bundle makes approximately 15 cocktails.

Each bundle includes:
1x La Cofradía Talavera Reposado
1x Don Fulano Blanco Tequila
1x Gabriel Boudier Crème de Pamplemousse (Grapefruit) Liqueur

Recipe:
15ml Don Fulano Blanco Tequila
30ml La Cofradía Talavera Reposado
25ml Gabriel Boudier Crème de Pamplemousse
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
5ml Agave Syrup
Soda to top
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime or Grapefruit

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice. Strain into a highball over ice, top with soda. Sprinkle salt on top and garnish with a fresh or dried grapefruit wedge or a lime wedge.
