Sourcing & Selection
Stage 1 - Discovery
Local and international niche and premium products are discovered by our experienced scouts.
Stage 2 - Tasting
Once we discover a great product or producer, our small family team - some of the best palates in the country - taste the product to ensure its excellence. If we don't love it, we don't sell it.
Stage 3 - Sale
Once a product is verified as excellent, we then make it available for sale on Spirits of France. Since we've tasted it and loved it, we can be confident you will too.

A dry, artisanal cider from the heart of Normandy. Crisp, clean, food-friendly, and a multiple gold-medal winner.
The sweeter sibling. Lower in alcohol, gently sparkling, full of fresh apple character.
From Brittany, in the bitter-sweet style the region is famous for. Deep, complex, almost rustic, with the tannin and structure of a serious cider.
Also from Brittany, also from the Manoir Kinkiz estate, but a different beast. Semi-dry, slightly higher in alcohol, fermented for around two and a half months. A great middle-ground cider.
The pear cider in the line-up, from the Pays d'Auge in Normandy. Semi-dry, gently floral, more delicate than its apple cousins.
Made from biodynamically grown apples on the Groult family's 22-hectare orchard. Organic, expressive, beautifully made.
