Description

Rich, silky and a little bit special. Bakery Hill Blend Whisky paired with Gabriel Boudier's Fig Liqueur from Dijon, balanced with fresh lemon and honey. Shaken with aquafaba for that beautiful foam finish — it looks as impressive as it tastes. This bundle makes approximately 11 cocktails.

Each bundle includes:
1x Bakery Hill Blend Whisky
1x Gabriel Boudier Figue (Fig) Liqueur

Recipe:
45ml Bakery Hill Blend Whisky
20ml Gabriel Boudier Figue (Fig) Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Honey Syrup
30ml Aquafaba or 1 Egg White
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon or Fresh Fig

Dry shake all ingredients, add ice and shake hard. Double strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon or fresh fig half.
