Kota Pandan Liqueur is a stunning hybrid of Southeast Asian flavor and French liqueur tradition. With its aromatic vanilla‑buttery profile, toasted rice complexity, and herbal pandan character, it elevates both classic and creative cocktails. It can be sipped neat or used as a unique botanical in drinks like Pandan Espresso Martini or a tropical Daiquiri.
Appearance: Crystal clear liquid, showcasing a pale herbal-green hue.
Aroma (Nose): Inviting scents of vanilla, buttery biscuits, and nutty notes like peanuts or cashews. Fresh back-notes of cut grass or wet green herbs
Palate (Taste): Buttery, custard-like richness, reminiscent of toasted rice pudding or shortbread. Dominant flavors of vanilla, roasted nuts (peanuts/almonds), pandan herbaceousness, and hints of coconut. Sweetness is noticeable but not cloying; well-balanced.
Finish: A long, biscuity finish with lingering vegetal and grass-like tones. Subtle spice notes like nutmeg or chamomile, and warming almond-vanilla warmth
