How was it made?
Ashley our head distiller and the Nosferatu team trialled over 30 variations of Nocturro before we figured out the final recipe!

The gin was made by macerating over 3000 fresh and dried figs in our Dead dry gin, before adding a touch of honey from North Stradbroke Island.

Our fresh figs come from Wise Farm on the Sunshine Coast. These are the biggest, juiciest figs we have ever seen! Their fig trees were planted and tended by the late Peter Wise, an 8 th generation farmer. The determined 82 year old, who passed in January 2024, was harvesting fresh fruit from his beloved fig trees until the end. Also included are figs from Kangaroo Island, SA’s the Figgery. Figs have been grown on Kangaroo Island since the first settlers arrived and the Figgery’s trees have all come from one of the oldest fig trees on the North Coast, a 140 year Beauty!
