Dumangin Vieux Marc de Champagne 6 years 40% 700ml
Champagne J. Dumangin Fils
Aged in oak barrels for 5 years 1 year in Bordeaux graves rouge barrels. The Marc de Champagne is the result of the distillation of the grapes already pressed to make the Champagne. This will bring to it a wonderful woody note, a savory color, vinous and dry notes. Very pleasant as a digestive, it is also used in cooking to obtain fine sauces.
