Following the success of the 105 profile, Neisson continues to surprise us with this superb 107 profile.

The rum was first stored in 190 litre bourbon barrels for just over a year, and then in ten 225 litre barrels that had been given additional toasting.

Our Promise

Each one of our bottles is taste-tested and hand-chosen by some of the best palates in the southern hemisphere. Only once a bottle has been deemed crème de la crème, do we add it to our catalog. Finding the perfect bottle isn't always easy - but with us, it is.

Neisson owns forty hectares in the municipality of La Carbet, and processes only cane from his plantations, where they cultivate three non-hybrid sugar cane varieties: the malanoi, the rubanée, and the crystalline.

The slow fermentation of pure cane juice lasts 72 hours—the longest in all the French Antilles—thus developing a unique aromatic range.

The distillation is carried out by Gregory in the mythical Savalle column still from 1938: an artisan, meticulous, almost maniacal distillation with low alcohol content, intended to produce a rhum of great structure. It is bottled in the now iconic rectangular zépol karé bottle, highly sought after by collectors.
