Description
Bitter Aperitivo is crafted from a natural infusion of bitter herbs and spices, including orange and lemon peels, rhubarb, gentian, licorice, and quassia. The infusion process lasts 20 days and is followed by traditional filtration to ensure a rich, refined flavour.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Brilliant ruby red.
Nose: A delicate and well-balanced bouquet with an inviting intensity. The vibrant aroma of orange peel leads, followed by subtle hints of rhubarb, gentian, licorice, and quassia.
Palate: A bold and decisive flavour profile. Bright citrus notes give way to the characteristic bitterness of the herbs, with gentian standing out. The long-lasting bitter aftertaste lingers pleasantly, stimulating the taste buds.
