Don Fulano Reposado is crafted by the Fonseca family at La Tequileña distillery in Jalisco, Mexico (NOM 1146), a legacy tequila producer with roots reaching back over 140 years in agave farming. Master distillers Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza, spanning the family's fourth and fifth generations, oversee the process—from planting Blue Weber agave in the Jalisco Highlands to distillation and aging in French Limousin oak barrels for 8 months to 2 years. The brand prides itself on being additive-free and estate-grown, blending copper pot and column-distilled tequila to build a balanced profile that showcases cooked agave sweetness, herbal notes, spice, and oak-derived depth
