Fresh whisky flavors with a great, medium-long finish. Old Gold Strong fruit aromas (pear, quince) to intense whiskey aromas. The typical beer aroma of Säntis is only very subtle in the background here. Wonderful fruity malt, charming and delicate at the same time. Slight oiliness with fine wood tones. Beer was stored for several years in the small oak barrels, which are now allowed to pass on their unmistakable bouquet to the Säntis Malt. Edition Sigel - each drop an extract of this maturation time in the barrel. In the Alpstein, original springs are still hidden today, guarded by its inhabitants like a precious treasure. A fresh breeze blows through the Appenzell mountains, creating space for time and leisure - just the right combination for Säntis Malt, Switzerland's most popular local whisky. The typical beer aroma of the original Säntis Malt Whiskies is only very subtly discernible in the background. A wonderful fruity malt whisky, charming and delicate at the same time. Slightly oily with fine wood tones and a great, medium-long finish.
