Francois Voyer XO Gold 20-30 years Grande Champagne Cognac Carafe 40% 700ml
$281.00
A rich, full of rancio, grape-to-bottle Cognac. The XO Gold is called as such because it only received gold medals in every single competition it entered. Minimum 20 years old, all the way to 30 years old. This cognac provides access to a single vineyard, quality “XO”, very different from the blends of the bigger brands. A very special drink to keep the night going with family and friends.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Down among the flowers: touches of jasmine, clove, combined with peach and plums. The old maturation of this Cognac has given it its vanilla aroma and this light and sweet aroma that only an old Cognac has.
Palate: The outstanding point is probably the great elegance which is one of the major characteristics of the Premier Cru Grande Champagne, fully represented here by the delicacy of aromas as well as the subtlety of its palate.

Darroze Grand Bas Armagnac Les Grands Assemblages 40 years 43% 700ml
$343.00
At 40 years, the Armagnac's style is definitely apparent. The quality of the oak used is very important, as the right use of a quality barrel will bring complexity and finesse to the Armagnac; elements that can be judged and appreciated after 40 years in contact with the wood. The diversity in crus, vintages, grape varieties and styles has allowed Marc Darroze to work on his "Les Grands Assemblages" (The Great Blends), chosen for their complementary characteristics, the selected Armagnacs in each bottling are of different ages. After over four decades in 400-litre barrels, expect this to have evolved layers of sweet spices, candied fruits, rancio and super soft, round tannins.
Jean Fillioux Cognac Numero 1 Grande Champagne 60 years 46% 500ml
$421.00
The Jean Fillioux N°1 Cognac is an exceptional 60-year-old Grande Champagne delight. Only produced in very small volumes, it’s fresh and fruity, and showcases the very best of why this growth region is rightly determined to be the ‘premier cru’. Whilst it offers a powerful tasting experience, it does so in a rounded, smooth, and ultimately satisfying manner.
A Cognac to be enjoyed in the traditional manner, perhaps sipped in the company of good friends or family, and with other connoisseurs who will also appreciate its delightful complexity. Definitely one for special occasions.
Its beautiful amber dress is adorned with beautiful coppery shades. Then the nose opens on fruits, especially fresh apricot, spices, vanilla and licorice.
The attack is wide. Alcohol is present but in terms of power, not aggression.
