Delord 25 year Bas Armagnac 40% 700ml$166.00
Delord 25 years old is elegant on the nose with peppery and spicy notes, it is in the mouth that this Armagnac will unveil its complexity of cocoa, spices (pepper), well-blended tannins, vanilla, rancio (walnut). A great Bas-Armagnac eau-de-vie... possibly the best value spirit we do! 'The deep, old copper penny colour is reminiscent of aged tawny Porto; flawless purity. The potent spirit races from the copita in the initial aromatic burst, leaving behind dried aromas of raisins, prunes and herbs; aeration serves to alter the aromatic direction as the bouquet turns biscuity, caramel-like, honeyed, cream sherry-like, and even dark chocolate, with more than a passing perfume of cheese-like rancio; wow. The palate entry is suggestive of bittersweet dark chocolate, cocoa butter, chocolate covered raisins, and dark honey; at mid-palate the taste profile becomes fruitier than the entry and less bitter-sweet, making for a succulent aftertaste that's spectacularly satisfying. As good as twenty-year-old Armagnac can get. A genuine classic.' - 5 Stars, Paul Pacult. Tasting Notes: Colour: deep amber, shiny clear, olive green reflections. Nose: soft spices, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, gingerbread. Advanced wood rancio (walnut). Palate: advanced wood, pepper, vanilla, rounded tannins, rancio (walnut). Initial cocoa, supple, soft and long final. CLICK HERE to shop more Delord

J.M Rhum Agricole Blanc (White) 50% 700ml$105.00
Martinique is a French island with the largest number of distilleries in the Eastern Caribbean. Both pot and column stills are used. As on other French islands such as Guadeloupe, both rhum agricole (made from sugar cane juice) and rhum industriel (made from molasses) are produced. These Rums are frequently aged in used French brandy casks for a minimum of three years with 'Rhum vieux' (aged Rum) frequently compared to high-quality French brandies. J.M rum is distilled on Martinique's smallest estate, located in the northeast in Macouba, where the sugar cane grows on 28-degree vertical slopes in rich volcanic soil at the foot of Mount Pelée. Due to its unique location with sea breezes, rainforest, an intense microclimate, and high cloud cover, Rhum J.M. cuts their sugar later than other distilleries (most cut the cane at the end of February or early March, whereas Rhum J.M. does not cut theirs until late March or early April). This practice, combined with the region's peculiar environment are said to be contributing factors to the unique flavour to this unusual rum.

Francois Voyer XO Gold 20-30 years Grande Champagne Cognac 40% 500ml$176.00
A rich, full of rancio, grape-to-bottle Cognac. Minimum 20 years old, all the way to 30 years old. This cognac provides access to a single vineyard, quality “XO”, very different from the blends of the bigger brands. A very special drink to keep the night going with family and friends. Tasting notes: Colour: Amber, with a touch of old gold. Aromas: Down among the flowers: touches of jasmine, clove pink, combined with the first flavours of fruits: peach, plums. The old maturation of this Cognac has given it its vanilla aroma and this light and sweet aroma that only an old Cognac has. Palate: The outstanding touch for this Cognac XO is probably its great elegance which is one of the major characteristics of the « Premier Cru », fully represented here by the delicacy of aromas as well as the subtlety of its palate.
