Distilled in a traditional Creole column, SAINT JAMES Organic Column Brut Rum comes from a plot selection harvested at full maturity, practising organic farming for several years.

NOSE :

Beautiful aromatic richness without aggressiveness despite the degree. The notes of sweet cane and honey evolve towards the dry vegetable (black tea and infusions).

MOUTH :

Complex and ample with an exotic sweetness offers all the vegetal freshness of cane punctuated by gourmet notes of candied citrus fruits.

St James one of oldest and largest distilleriy in Martinique Island (Caribbean Island). It is a Saint-James slogan in honour of Martinique and it's simply the truth. Martinique beats to Saint-James' tune, while it drinks the St James ÒAgricoleÓ Rum. The AOC Rhum Agricole de la Martinique restricts production to the short best season for the cane to pack aromas, compels that all and only the fresh juice of the cane be used, contrary to 95% of the world rums using the left-overs (Molasses, stalks) of the sugar refining industry. Agricole Rum belongs to the world of cognac or Armagnac, whenever Traditional Rum (also known as Industrial) is in the grappa / pomace world.
