Willett Pot Still Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers 5YO White Oak 47% 750ml CARAFE.
Handcrafted Kentucky Straight Bourbon using time-honoured methods in the art of distillation and using only limestone spring water, carefully selected grains and secret strains of yeast. Aged in new white oak casks until fully mature and then bottled by hand in a beautiful pot still shaped bottle that is hand-numbered.
The nose is " vanilla lemon cake". The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices, and citrus. I'm not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa. - Tasting notes courtesy of Bill Thomas, Jack Rose Dining Saloon

Vulson is the name of the man who, at the beginning of XVII century, built the house that now hosts the distillery Domaine des Hautes Glaces.
Vulson is now also the name of our range of Rye Whisky, and "WHITE RHINO RYE" is a spirit of rye which concentrates the flavours of this cereal, fruity and herbaceous.
ON THE EYE: Transparent.
ON THE NOSE: Fruity and delicious. Plum, pear, and lychee with an herbaceous element of juniper and mimosa.
ON THE PALATE: Beautifully rich and complex. The malted rye rolls sweetly on the palate and is deposited on a bed of dried fruit, pink berries, pepper and cloves. The palette is soft, long and balanced. A truly fascinating spirit.

"It takes sweet water from tough rock to make great whiskey." Widow Jane 10 years old is a blend of whiskeys from Kentucky, Tennesse and Indiana, assembled in Brooklyn using water from the "Widow Jane Limestone Mine" in Rosendale, New York, which is even richer in minerals than the pure waters of Kentucky. Bottled at 45.5%, it does make a beautiful Bourbon!

NOSE: reminiscent of maple kissed breakfast pancakes with a side of bacon.
PALATE: presents and astoundingly smooth profile, where rich flavors of plantains in browned butter, cocoa nibs, and orange marmalade sing in harmony.

The Unique Whisky is a blending of malted and un-malted cereals whisky distilled partly by Pot-still and partly by Coffey Still (continuous distillation) in Scotland. After 4 years in oak wood, it has been reduced to 44% alc./vol. with Pentland Hills’ water. Matured partly in Scotland and partly in France, bottled without filtration.Â
Opalescent tint. Slight iodine fragrances with a hint of almond, vanilla roundness, floral fineness. Nervous and round. To be preferably consumed chilled as an appetiser.
