Tasting Notes: The nose will charm you with its floral and fruity notes, where honey plays with almonds.

On the palate, Kornog's elegant peat will be adorned with slightly woody notes and white grapes.

And as always, a long finish where ginger intertwines with saline notes, specific to maturation by the sea.

On the rugged Brittany coast, Celtic Whisky Distillerie crafts whiskies shaped by land and sea. Fermentation takes place in Oregon-pine vats, encouraging wild yeasts to add character. Distillation is done slowly in small copper pot stills heated by open flame, capturing depth and complexity in every drop.

The casks rest in seaside cellars, where salty Atlantic air seeps into the wood, imparting a distinct maritime signature. No chill-filtration, no coloring — only whisky in its purest, most authentic form.

The result is a French single malt unlike any other: briny yet refined, rooted in tradition yet unmistakably Breton.
