We are bringing to Australia this very French specialty Rum from the small island of Marie Galante, and it is said to improve substantially gentlemen's performance, as per the label (and we quote):

“Generous & Virile. Gives strength to men, which pleases ladies and gives ladies the desire of this pleasure.”

This liqueur is known throughout the French West Indian islands for being related to the supposedly aphrodisiac ‘bois bandé (richeria grandis) tree. Liqueur Bois Bandé is made from Bielle rhum, sugar cane syrup and natural flavours.

Nestled in the heart of a region dominated by sugarcane monoculture, the Bielle distillery has been producing exceptional rums since 1910. These rums come from a unique terroir rich in rural traditions and imbued with authenticity. Vesou, a pure sugarcane juice necessary for the production of agricultural rum, is extracted from freshly cut cane stalks. This rum will either be bottled as white rum or put into barrels for aging. Bielle rums are distinguished by their originality and aromatic complexity, which has earned them numerous medals. Bielle rums are an invitation to travel.
