Perla d’Uva is a delicate distillate made from hand-harvested Isabella grapes, locally known as “uva fragola.” After carefully selecting and destemming the grapes, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks to retain the varietal’s natural aromas. The spirit is slowly distilled using the traditional bain-marie method, resulting in a smooth, harmonious, and refined profile.
