Soft tropical fruit follows with un undercurrent of juniper. Palate: Smooth, hoppy, with fresh peach and passionfuit notes with a refreshing bitterness. Well rounded and full mouth-feel that gently slips into a lightly hoppy character. Garnish: Lemon. Cocktail GINspiration - Lady Dalton Hop Gin, creme de peche, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, sugar syrup - SHAKEN. Garnish with an orange twist, and some white chcolate on the side.

The Eden Mill story started with a mission to revive the lost art of distilling and brewing in St Andrews. ÊAs Scotland's first single-site distillery and brewery, making gin, whisky and beer, Eden Mill spirit is created by our distillers in copper pot-stills and exhibits a wide range of flavours from botanicals sourced from the local area, as well as from around the world. Our team is challenged with applying modern techniques and understanding to time honoured traditional methods.
