Description

Elderflower (Fleur de Sureau) Syrup is made in France by a fourth generation family established 1885. Amber in coloure with strong aroma of elderflower, lemon and lytchee notes. Very subtle and refreshing, floral and sweet but slightly acidic. Created for professional cocktail bartenders.

Our Promise

Domaine du Bollenberg are a winegrower but also an artisanal distiller. Making spirits in copper stills inherited from the Grandfather. Passionate, lovers of the terroir, always in search of aromas, new flavours, Bollenberg are intransigent on quality, selection and tradition. In keeping with nature, they have the secret of time, and know the years required to aging their eaux-de-vie. Not in casks but in stainless steel tanks. The more the years, the more the softness, and roundness and complexity . Here the range is unlimited, any fruit, flower or plant deliciously aromatic is turned immortal in Eau de vie: Great Mullein Flower, Wild Strawberry, Meadow Sweet etc . The grappa distilled from their wines, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling is almost a perfume.
