Inspired by Scottish Golf courses and in homage to the spirit of golf in St. Andrews, Eden Mill’s Golf Gin was created for golfers to enjoy all over the country. This botanically rich spirit incorporates botanicals from local grassland and coastal courses around Scotland which gives the gina unique juniper and floral flavour. To ensure Golf Gin was truly representative of local golf courses, the team of distillers at Eden Mill sourced botanicals such as Seaweed from St. Andrews Links and Gorse Flower from Braids in Edinburgh to name a few, making this Gin every golfer’s G & Tee of choice. Nose: Hints of juniper pine in a forest of lavender and spruce trees. There is a slight tang of the sea that underlies it. Palate: The juniper dominates as it should but there is a sweetness from the gorse to it that makes sure it isn’t over powering. The heather and lavender add a floral note while the spruce and coring provide a distinct peppery finish.

Key Botanicals: Juniper berries, angelica, coriander, and galaxy hops. Nose: Light and delicate with coriander and complex floral tones upfront. A light hoppy characteristic. Soft tropical fruit follows with un undercurrent of juniper. Palate: Smooth, hoppy, with fresh peach and passionfuit notes with a refreshing bitterness. Well rounded and full mouth-feel that gently slips into a lightly hoppy character. Garnish: Lemon. Cocktail GINspiration - Lady Dalton Hop Gin, creme de peche, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, sugar syrup - SHAKEN. Garnish with an orange twist, and some white chcolate on the side.

Key Botanicals: Juniper berries, angelica, coriander,and aged on oak chips. Nose: A warming oaky nose with fresh piney notes. Spicy geen capsicum and juniper overtones evoke hints of whisky. A fresh vanilla and caramel sweetness with hints of cloves and mandarin. Palate: A wraming whisky-like note gives way to a collection of spiced fruit akin to a mulled wine with clementines, pears, cloves, and cinnamon. Garnish: A twist of orange and star anise. Cocktail GINspiration - Bees Knees A large serving of OAK Gin, two spoons of honey, Fevertree Ginger Ale, lemon juice, orange juice overice with a twist of orange or lemon.

Tasting Notes: The nose will charm you with its floral and fruity notes, where honey plays with almonds. On the palate, Kornog's elegant peat will be adorned with slightly woody notes and white grapes.
