Willett Pure Kentucky Bourbon is a small-batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at 53.5% ABV (107 proof), made with pure limestone-filtered water.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Aromas of toffee, fruit, eucalyptus, and oak.
Palate: Flavors of cinnamon, toffee, caramel, pepper, oak, and spices.

Finish: Warm and long-lasting, with lingering notes of nougat, baking spices, and nuttiness.

Willett Distillery was established in 1936 by Thompson Willett, but the family’s whiskey legacy began long before.

Thanks to his father and grandfather, Thompson held a deep knowledge and respect for the craftsmanship involved in making fine whiskeys: Use the best ingredients available, pay close attention to the details – then take a step back and give the whiskey time and space to develop character.

It’s a simple approach, but it seems to be working. Willett Distillery, also known as Kentucky Bourbon Distillers (KBD), Ltd., is a private family-owned and -operated company that produces various brands of bourbon and rye whiskey. Most brands produced by the company are in the premium category and range from 6 to 17 years of aging maturity, with some of its bottlings being aged as long as 25 years.
