The 2018 release of single malt from the new Eden Mill distillery in St Andrews, on Scotland's east coast. A really impressive early release, this has been matured in a mixture of oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and bourbon casks. Bottled at 46.5%, there are 3,200 in the run. This is the second release of whisky from the distillery, outside of a 200ml series of 'hip flasks'.
