Unique elaboration, this spirit is a real work of goldsmith's work which deserved a signature decanter as a case. An intense nose marks the quality of the selection of rhizomes and the mastery of distillation. The very full-bodied but subtle and persistent scent that is a real invitation to taste. A spirit that stands out for its intensity and its strongly structured structure so typical of ginger. Intense note that bursts in the mouth with all the power and refinement that one expects from this plant. In a second step, lighter and more subtle floral notes bloom on the palate for a lingering finesse and lightness.
