Barbancourt Cane Blossom is a rum produced in a limited edition of 1,800 copies worldwide.

This vintage combines the Haitian tradition of pure sugarcane juice rum with the exclusivity of Japanese Mizunara oak. The rum here is from the 2023 harvest and has been aged in only one type of barrel.

Mizunara oak is a rare wood sourced from the forests of Hokkaido. It produces subtle and complex aromas. These barrels, which are quite expensive, are rarely used outside of Japan. These trees only reach maturity at 200 to 300 years old, which further accentuates their rarity.

Rhum Barbancourt was founded in 1862 by Dupré Barbancourt, a Frenchman who brought traditional French distillation methods to Haiti. The distillery is renowned for producing Rhum Agricole-style rums directly from sugar cane juice instead of molasses, giving their products a refined, aromatic profile. Barbancourt remains a family-run business and is one of Haiti's most respected rum producers.
