A rare, French-finished expression of Speyside single malt Benriach, bottled by Dumangin at cask strength. Batch 031 offers a harmonious blend of fruity, honeyed Benriach character with elegant Champagne‑cask warehousing, a refined and collectible dram.

Nose: Rich orchard fruits, pear, ripe apple, honeyed malt, along with citrus zest and delicate floral notes. Subtle oak and Champagne-derived brioche.

Palate: Full-bodied and fruity apple, pear, honey, toffee, and light spice. Dumangin’s finishing imparts creamy texture, wine-derived acidity, and a rounded mid-palate.

Finish: Medium-long, smooth, with lingering fruit sweetness, spice, and faint tannic structure balanced by gentle Champagne influence.

As before, Dumangin is a family-owned Champagne house based in Chigny‑les‑Roses, France. Under Gilles Dumangin’s direction, they produce limited-edition whisky bottlings, sourcing spirit from Scottish distilleries like Benriach, then finishing them in Champagne or wine casks with small-batch releases.
