It is both very aromatic, fruity and smooth, with an incredible concentration of aromas but without any heaviness.Cane Crush is distilled twice: the first distillation takes place in Mauritius, in traditional pot-stills. The second distillation is made in Cognac in traditional small alambics. This allows to keep the very best aromas and thus produce a great white rum.

For its tenth edition, our Boulet de canon is hitting hard! BOOM! Resulting from the ageing of our usual Boulet de canon blend (Nicaragua and Panama) in Six Quarter casks (quarter casks of a Butt = 125 Litres) from a very famous Islay distillery.
These casks underwent the same smoking process as did the Boulet de canon N°5 casks. Indeed, we sent these 6 casks to be smoked in a Tuyé (Jura Morteau sausage smokehouse) for 2 months before pouring the rum for a 6- month finish in the closed barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: At first honeyed aroma emerges from the glass, then aromas of prunes and currants. It evolves into pine sap, iodine, and candied orange.
Mouth: A franc, woody, and roasted attack. Followed then by iced chestnut and English fudge notes, but also a touch of sweet chillies, mixed with lemongrass.
Finish: It’s deliciously indulgent, with the impression of biting into a chocolate hazelnut spread.

The second entry in Admiral Rodney's Officer's Release series, distilled in 2009 and finished in an ex-Irish whiskey cask. The nose entices you with notes of clove, allspice, baked honey, prunes and raspberries. The palate is fruity and spicy, expertly combining cherry, blackcurrant, sweet chilli and Asian spices with a hint of saltiness to finish.
Tasting Notes:
NOSECloves, allspice and black pepper to start, followed by baked honey, prune and raspberry.
PALATECherry and blackcurrant, with sweet chillies and Asian spices, and a salty lick on the finish.

The Ten Cane distillery was created by LVMH to produce pure cane juice pot still rum for the US market. The brand never really found its audience, the multinational decided to tear down the distillery only a few years after its grand opening. Its name, Ten Cane, comes from the idea that it takes 10 sugar canes to make a bottle of rum. You will have understood that the distillery is now closed and thus its rums are very rare pot still rums 100% pure cane juice (Agricole style). 80% tropical ageing. Sugar =0G/L; ex-Bourbon cask.

A limited edition of 500 bottles, this amazing blend is the result of a unique blend:
A cask of traditional Guadeloupe aged from 1973, then transferred 10 years ago in a single bigger oak cask (1000L).
With a cask of two 1993 rums, blended together in 1995 in Europe then aged in an old rum cask. It was a Guyanese rum made from three unusual stills; Savalle from the Diamond distillery, Enmore and Port Mourant from Uitvlugt distillery and a Jamaican pot still rum from Wedderburn.
This blend was aged in an ex rum cask. The specific DNA of this blend is as follows: 72.2% 1973 Guadeloupe and 27.8% 1993 Guyana / Jamaica.
