The Pastis de Campagne is made from a fine eau-de-vie, according to the old ways of Provence winegrowers who preferred it for its part gourmand and fruity, cleaner flavor. Like them, Jean Boyer has added to his ‘country’ pastis a number of aromatic spices to give the freshness and aromas that one should expect from a pastis – and a sophisticated drink.
During the months that the pastis spends maturing the aromas marry and the pastis clarifies naturally. Delicate aromas of vanilla, nutmeg, and marzipan abound in this delicious drink.

The VSOP Dudognon Cognac is a young Cognac of great finesse. It develops aromas of vanilla, woody and exotic fruits. As our ancestors taught us, we distil over a wood fire in two copper stills dating from 1901 and 1936. The Cognac thus collected is aged in new Limousin oak barrels without sugar, wood or caramel.
VSOP can be enjoyed as an aperitif on ice or in cocktails. It will go well with a fresh sheep’s cheese or Roquefort cheese.

Aside from the traditional absinthe ritual, the different plants and of course the absinthe contained in Grande Absente 69 makes it an ideal addition to an infinite number of cocktails. Shakers at the ready! How do you drink it? A few ideas to use depending on your tastes and desires:
Traditionally, with the absinthe spoon ritual: Place a piece of sugar soaked with Grande Absente on an absinthe spoon placed on the edge of the glass. Light the sugar with a flame. Gently pour the water over it, to slowly dissolve the sugar and tint the liqueur with an opalescent green.
Pour the Grande Absente over shaved ice.
Add a little water only for those who prefer bitter drinks that are not very sweet.
And those who love strong sensations will appreciate Grande Absente neat, at 69% alc/vol.

The slow respiration through the pores in the wood will give roundness and finesse.
It is in winter that our fermented fruits will be subjected to the test of fire: Distillation. The fruits will be deposited in the still, impeccable, gleaming of all its brass. Gently, the flame will volatilise the spirit of the fruit, concentrate its aromas and allow, very slowly the flow of a clear brandy already rich in a thousand flavours. The finish is tinged with liquorice coated with these deep flavours close to nuts and typical of the aging of the great Bas-Armagnacs, called "rancio".

The Normandin Mercier Vieille Fine Champagne Cognac is a VSOP quality blend created from eaux-de-vie from both Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Many of the cognacs included in the blend have been aged for around 15 years, although some are younger, hence its VSOP classification. It's a lovely amber colour - a very fruity cognac with aromas and tastes of plum and almonds. Presented in a traditional style cognac bottle with a label to match. Perfect to enjoy as a digestif after a good meal. The cognac was also awarded a silver medal at the 2016 International Wine and Spirit Competition.
