To create this gin we apply two distillation methods. We macerate and boil the traditional botanicals while using the vapour-infused method for the Australian botanicals. This helps to balance a traditional gin base with the intensity of local botanical flavours.
This unique Australian gin was recently recognised on the world stage, receiving a silver medal at the prestigious London Spirits Competition 2021.

Method: Place Gin, your preferred amount of Demerara sugar syrup and bitters in a stirring glass. Add quality block ice and stir down to your preferred level of dilution. Strain over an ice sphere, or other quality block ice, garnish and serve.
Demerara Sugar Syrup: Place equal parts by weight of Demerara sugar and water into a food processor. Mix on high until all sugar has dissolved into solution.

To ensure Golf Gin was truly representative of local golf courses, the team of distillers at Eden Mill sourced botanicals such as Seaweed from St. Andrews Links and Gorse Flower from Braids in Edinburgh to name a few, making this Gin every golfer’s G & Tee of choice.
Nose: Hints of juniper pine in a forest of lavender and spruce trees. There is a slight tang of the sea that underlies it.
Palate: The juniper dominates as it should but there is a sweetness from the gorse to it that makes sure it isn’t over powering. The heather and lavender add a floral note while the spruce and coring provide a distinct peppery finish.

This overproof blush coloured spirit is soft and silky with a gentle shiraz note and rich oaked rye back-note. This limited, seasonal gin is a High Country collaboration between Backwoods Distilling Co and Scion Wine (of Rutherglen).
Crafted by steeping handpicked Rutherglen Brown Muscat grapes in Backwoods' award-winning High Country Gin. The spirit was then hand-basket pressed.

Created with two unique varieties of Australian lime, along with pink river salt from the Murray River. This gin highlights fresh juniper with a zesty lime pallet and a mildly salty finish.

Christian Drouin Gin 'Le Gin' Calvados cask finish 42% 700ml

Based on its experience for aging Eau de Vie, the Drouin family has decided to age a limited volume of its Gin. A few former calvados casks of 225 liters have been selected to age a base of Le Gin de Christian Drouin. After 6 months in the casks, "Le Gin de Christian Drouin calvados cask finish" is rounder, more complex, with even more obvious apple flavors.
Christian Drouin Gin is prepared as superb blended spirit. The perfect proportions of each ingredient, its balance, its elegance and its complexity allow it to be drunk straight or with ice. This is without doubt the best way to appreciate the subtlety and delicacy of its flavors.
