“Poiré”, or Pear Cider, is produced from three varieties of pears that come from multi-centennial orchards. It is known for it’s fresh and refined taste. As with the cider, this Poiré is lightly filtered and bottled to develop its fine natural gas.
Bright and shiny yellow colour. Fresh and clean pear taste, zesty and flowery This Poiré offers great freshness and finesse. Clean on the palate, the aromas of pear but also white flowers develop along with the tasting.
It is excellent to drink with any seafood or over ice.
