Appearance : Vibrant Gold
Nose : Potent, asserted. The Peat is rooted in gentian and ginseng. Heady, it shows itself little by little iodized and salty. A few fresh fruit tones also show themselves, apple and pear
Palate : Concentrated, vibrant. The oily quality of the distillation is remarkable. Its minty freshness accompanies notes of tar and ash. Citrus notes boost the mid palate while smoke notes make a strong come back.
Over all: Long, dense. Smoke and peat form an extravert duo. There is a marine and saline breeze taking us to the sea side while leather and under wood tones bring us back inland.
