Appearance : White wine
Nose : A trio of scents. Fruity flavours from the gala apple and the William pear. Cereals notes from pop corn and leather, oak on chocolate, caramel and a touch of spice. Freshly cut grass on a spring day.
Palate: Pleasant, rather oily. Develops with scale on the palate. Creamy and buttery extending towards liquorice. Comes back to cereals and the green aspect of dried fruits, walnuts, hazelnuts, still milky.
Over all: Devoid of any bitterness. Leave the palate fresh and available.
