Tariquet Wine Rosé Pressée 12% 750ml

A grenadine colour, an intense and subtle nose with notes of sweet spices evolving frankly into a gourmet duo of wild raspberries and flower petals. The attack on the palate is opulent and fresh. The fruit is delicious, the wine fleshy but also airy, supported by a slightly spicy finish. A pressed rose where the red grape berries are vilified like those of white.   Serve chilled as an aperitif or during a meal. Goes well with tapas, summer, Italian, spicy, exotic cuisine.

Dumangin Champagne 1er Cru 12% 750ml | Wine | Shop online at Spirits of France
Dumangin Champagne 1er Cru 12% 750ml
$107.00
Sourced from Chigny-les-Roses village, near Reims, using 1er Cru fruit, this grower champagne house produces arguably one of the best priced sparklings around. Regarded by many, including Australia's very own and highly esteemed Tyson Stelzer, as being one of the absolute value buys from Champagne, this classic apertif style wine is everything that your mass-market house Champagne's are not. Pristine, clean and pure, the near-extra brut style stands head and shoulders above anything at a similiar price point. A blend of Pinot Noir fruit, the lemon blossom, nectar and grapefruit zest underpin a beautifully fragrant and floral house style. Their is opulence, but more in its length and lazer like precision. Skillfully blended, using a minimum of 25 year old vines.

The mixture of two identities, like a successful crossbreeding. With opposing characteristics, Chardonnay and Sauvignon merge into multiple and surprising flavours in a unique and original blend. Floral notes mixed with spices evolving towards citrus; The sensation of pink grapefruit, flesh side, is omnipresent. The mineral character of sauvignon is wisely supported by the roundness of Chardonnay. The attack on the palate invades and caresses on a background of elegant freshness.   Serve chilled. Tariquet Sparkling Wine Entracte 10.5% 750ml | Wine | Shop online at Spirits of France
Tariquet Sparkling Wine Entracte 10.5% 750ml
$35.00
Entracte, a dry sparkling white wine, is a blend of Chenin and Chardonnay. The fine bubbles are naturally issued from the second fermentation in closed tanks (based on the Charmat method) without the addition of CO2. The wine is then matured on lees for 6 months.  Entracte is “brut nature”, “zero dosage”, without expedition liqueur (no additional sugar, it is completely dry).  Similar to the Classic, the alcohol level is only at 10,5%, which makes it quite a light wine.  Entracte is full of freshness and wriggles your taste buds.
