1. Promotion Period

• The Spend and Save promotion will run from 12:00 am AEST on the 13th of the month until 11:59 pm AEST on the 19th of the month.

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to all customers purchasing through the Spirits of France platform.

3. Discounts

• No promotional code is required; the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
• Discounts cannot be compounded. Only one promotion or discount can be applied per transaction.

4. Merci Points

• Customers can accumulate Merci points during the Spend and Save promotion period.
• Merci points are earned based on the dollar value paid, not the recommended retail price (RRP) of the item.
• Promotions will reduce the amount of points earned. For example, if a discount is applied, the points accumulated will reflect the reduced price paid.
• Merci points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with the Spend and Save promotion.

5. General Conditions

• Spirits of France reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any returns or refunds made on purchases during the promotion period will be processed in accordance with our standard return policy. Any discounts applied during the promotion will not be refunded.
• In the event of any disputes regarding the promotion or these terms and conditions, Spirits of France's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Liability

• Spirits of France is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
