These are not entry-level in the pejorative sense — they are young Cognacs made with the same care and terroir-driven focus as expressions three or four times their age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt this stage of maturation, the fruit is vivid and unguarded: fresh stone fruit, citrus zest, delicate floral notes and the first soft whispers of vanilla from new Limousin oak.
