Ingredients
- 30ml of Beach House Spiced Rum
- a squeeze of Tahitian Lime
- Pimento Drink to top up
- ice
Glassware: highball
Garnish: mint leaves, lime wedges
Method
In a highball or Collins glass, build the drink over ice starting with the rum. Add a squeeze of Tahitian lime and top with Pimento Drink. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.
